Customer Service and Protection rules of The Public Utility Commission of Texas require that ERCOT provide a switch notification notice to customers whose electric energy service is about to be switched from one Retail Electric Provider (REP) to another. The notices mailed to customers from ERCOT contain switch information and cancellation instructions, as well as a unique cancellation code to assist the customer with a switch cancellation. This web site is exclusively for the use of customers receiving switch cancellation notices to facilitate that cancellation process. Customers with questions or persons who need information concerning their electric energy service, should contact their current or new REP directly.

To use this site and cancel your switch, enter the Cancellation Code found on the switch notification mailed to you. You CANNOT cancel the switch on this Web Page without the code.
